Known for their undeniable chemistry and ability to command a room, the duo has built a multifaceted entertainment brand at the intersection of nightlife, queer culture, media, and live entertainment.
With DJ eXeL behind the boards and Boss Britt on the mic, they have become one of Atlanta’s most recognizable Host/MC and DJ combinations, creating high-energy experiences that consistently bring LGBTQ+ audiences together. Their work has taken them across the country and internationally, with bookings in Houston, Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Canada, Cancun, and beyond.
Originally from York, PA (DJ eXeL) and Cincinnati, OH (Boss Britt), the two met in Atlanta in 2016 after repeatedly crossing paths at events throughout the city. What started as mutual respect quickly grew into a creative partnership that has now spanned nearly a decade.
Beyond hosting and DJing, Boss Britt and DJ eXeL are the duo behind Xxclusive Vibes, their Atlanta-based event company dedicated to curating experiences for the WLW and LGBTQ+ community. Through Xxclusive Vibes, they produce a year-round lineup of established event series, including First Fridays, the longest running WLW in ATL within the last decade, along with Femme Frequency and Something Lit For The Ladies. Their work also extends to EnHERgy Pride during Atlanta Black Pride Weekend, where they help create large-scale experiences centered around Black queer culture, entertainment, and community.
Their stages and events have featured an extensive roster of talent including Summer Walker, Trim, Trina, Saucy Santana, Coi Leray, DreamDoll, Dej Loaf, Joseline Hernandez, Natalie Nunn, Erica Banks, Chrisean Rock, Asian Doll, Sukihana, KenTheMan, Sapphiree Blazee, and more.
Their influence, however, extends far beyond nightlife.
In 2022, Boss Britt and DJ eXeL launched The No Homo Show, an unapologetic comedy and culture podcast centered around queer identity, relationships, sexuality, and everyday life. The show quickly developed a dedicated audience, generating millions of views across digital platforms before expanding into a sold-out national live tour in 2024.
In 2026, the show reached a major milestone when it signed with The Black Effect Podcast Network, founded by Charlamagne Tha God in partnership with iHeartMedia. The partnership marked an exciting new chapter for Boss Britt and DJ eXeL as they continued expanding their presence within podcasting, entertainment, and queer media.
Now, The No Homo Show is entering its next era as The Whole Lotta Gay Show. While the name is new, the hosts, concept, chemistry, humor, and unapologetically queer perspective remain the same. The rebrand positions the platform for continued growth through Black Effect, expanded advertising and brand partnerships, live experiences, and new opportunities within mainstream media.
Their growing media portfolio also includes The Queer Agenda, another original podcast creating space for queer culture and conversation.
From packed clubs and major Pride stages to sold-out live shows and nationally distributed media, Boss Britt and DJ eXeL have transformed an organic Atlanta partnership into an entertainment brand with national and international reach. As hosts, DJs, producers, entrepreneurs, event curators, and queer media personalities, they continue creating spaces and platforms where their community can be entertained, represented, celebrated, and seen. time.
